Q: What happens if my order is not available?
A: We try to keep all of our items in stock, but sometimes we do run out. If you place an order for an item that's temporarily unavailable, please bear with us ~ we'll still get the order to you as soon as possible. We'll send you an e-mail by the next business day, letting you know how soon we can ship the item to you.
Q: What if I need delivery by a specific date?
A: If the delivery date is crucial, let us know at customerserviceline@chickcorea.com <mailto:customerserviceline@chickcorea.com> or 1-866-COREA01, and we'll make every effort to get your order to you on time.
Q: Do I get a discount if I place a large order?
A: Sure; place an order over $200 and we'll give you a discount of 10% and throw in free first-class shipping. No code or password necessary ~ discounts will be applied automatically during check out.

Returns
Q: Is it possible to return something?
A: You can return a purchase for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the order, under the following conditions:
The items must be in their original condition. Music merchandise (DVDs, CDs) must be unopened. And of course, you must have purchased the item through this web site. To return, follow these steps:
1. On your packing slip, write the reason for your return.
2. Wrap the merchandise securely and box it with its original packing slip.
3. Attach a return address label or write your address on the package and ship to this address:

Q: What if I want to exchange a product?
A: Ordered the wrong CD or T-shirt size? No worries. Just contact us at
customerserviceline@chickcorea.com or 1-866-COREA01. We'll send out the replacement item on the business day after we receive your return. Delivery might be delayed if the item is on back order, but usually not more than one week. If the exchange is going to be late, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know when to expect it. If we can't replace the item, we'll give you a full refund.
Q: What if I'm returning a gift?
A: Just return it to us within 30 days of receipt. We will issue you a voucher refund at the same address to which the order was shipped. Please be sure to include either your packing slip or the name and e-mail address of the person who gave you the gift. (Don't worry, we won't let them know about your return.) We can also exchange the gift if you wish. See above.
Refunds
Q: Can I get a refund if I return an item?
A: Yes. Once we've received and processed the returned item, we'll send you an e-mail notice of your refund. If the return is due to our error, we will refund the entire cost of the original order, including shipping.
Cancellations
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at
customerserviceline@chickcorea.com or 1-866-COREA01 before 3 p.m. in the same business day as your order. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it.
