Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: As soon as we can possibly send it. Orders received before 12 noon PST on business days will ship the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next business day.
Q: How do you determine the shipping charges?
A: We leave it to the professionals: our web site is linked to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). They offer order tracking and express shipping options. Postage is calculated automatically based on the level of service you select, the weight and the shipping address.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: How quickly your order arrives depends on which shipping service you've chosen. If it's crucial that you get the order on a certain date, let us know at

Q: Can I order a product from outside the United States?
A: Of course, we wouldn't leave out Chick's friends around the globe! Orders outside of the USA will be shipped by US Postal Service following the option you have chosen on the web site. Please allow at least one to two weeks to receive your order unless you have chosen a high speed delivery option.
Q: What if I am ordering during the holidays?
A: If you place an order during the holiday season, please allow at least one full week extra to receive your order. For exact delivery times, contact the US Postal Service. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, but we will do our best to meet it.
