Antonio took the drum chair in the Chick Corea Trio this summer for a rare tour of Central and South America, including Mexico, Colombia and Peru, plus Puerto Rico.
He also joined Chick in the studio, where they both guested on Bob Belden's upcoming project Miles Espanol. Also in the studio were Eddie Gomez, Ron Carter, Jorge Pardo and roomful of other geniuses.
